Yugo-Tech offers a full line of natural gas and
propane conversion components as well as complete conversion systems
that are custom designed to suit the technical requirements of
the target vehicles. Yugo-Tech offers various levels of conversion
systems for all markets from fumigation style (mixer / regulator
style) to sophisticated electronically controlled fuel injection
systems. Yugo-Tech is one of the only company’s worldwide
that is experienced in the conversion of small engines both two-stroke
and four-stroke. Yugo-Tech will custom design conversion systems
for both two and four-stroke engines to suit the technical requirements
of the engines that suits the economic requirements of the local
marketplace.
New Technology
North American, vehicles are now manufactured with
on board diagnostics systems, which are referred to as OBD 11
(On Board Diagnostics - Second Generation). This level of vehicle
sophistication has rendered much of the early fumigation conversion
technology in the world obsolete for these vehicles. Fumigation
conversion technology is the term given to non-injection systems
with a mixer and a regulator. Yugo-Tech has responded to the new
vehicle market requirements by designing and developing a new
Sequential Natural Gas and Propane Aftermarket Dual Fuel Injection
Conversion System. This system is called the "Sequin" Conversion
System, which is an acronym for "Sequential Injection". This is
an innovative system that utilizes the vehicle manufactures computer
logic to drive the additional natural gas or propane injectors.
These injector signals are then modified by the Yugo-Tech electronics
to provide the engine with the precise fueling that is required
by these sophisticated engine management systems. In this manner
of conversion, the alternate fuel system completely mirrors the
vehicle manufactures original fueling strategy and sensor system
checks. This system prevents the computer from violating its parameters
and setting the check engine light.
Fumigation Conversion Systems and Components
Yugo-Tech offers a full line of pressure regulators
as well as a full line of variable venturi mixers to suit various
engines sizes. Components can be purchased separately or in a
complete conversion system (kit) that includes everything required
to convert the vehicle right down to the small hardware. Yugo-Tech
has fumigation conversion components for natural gas conversions
as well as propane conversions.
